Misty Black This sturdy, high women's shoe with heel and a wink to army style is for stylish bikers who want to be safe on the road and then get anywhere with class and charisma. Of course, you can't go wrong with a full grain leather exterior. So that's that asset. Gianni Falco also provided an integrated High-Tex membrane that is considered 'waterproof' according to Italian standards. We ourselves are a bit more critical, although a sporadic shower will not be a problem. Heel and toe are provided, as you may expect from a motorcycle shoe. The Misty is a high shoe or a low boot, depends on how you look at it. You can also tell by the position of the ABS-reinforcements near the ankle. The front of the sole is 2.5 cm high and the heel is 5 cm. On top of that, the leather is stitched in accordion panels, which definitely benefits mobility. You can open and close the shoe with the laces. Can, because actually you have a much easier and faster solution thanks to the zipper on the outside. A rubber sole accentuates the fact that this is a sturdy and tough ladies' shoe. The Misty is two in one: both a stylish high women's shoe that allows you to stride next to your motorcycle, and a safe motor boot. The higher the fashion level - and the level of 'we don't really look like motorcycle shoes' -, the smaller the chance your leather shoes have a full-fledged shifting reinforcement. No problem on a scooter but on a motorbike, the multitude of shifting will quickly cause wear and tear. A shame of the leather shoes because this “wear and tear” will not often be incorporated in the warranty conditions. You'd better take precautions, give yourself a hand or a foot in this case and add an extra layer to your leather motorcycle shoe or your gear lever.
