The ground HSS spiral drill bit for drilling through metal with maximum precision. The exposed 135-degree split self-centering point of the drill head combines active cutting with perfect centering without displacement for maximum precision. With the split tip, it is also unnecessary to mark center points in advance or pilot drill up to 10 mm. This precision-ground drill head, made of HSS (high-speed steel), provides up to 40% faster drilling and up to 50% lower clamping pressure than standard ground HSS cutting edge drill heads.
