The composition of the friction material can be compared to the original friction plates. The optimised dimensions warrant an increased transmission of the engine power. Every set always contains the right number of clutch plates needed to replace the clutch of your motorcycle. Any steel intermediate plates and clutch springs are not supplied. Besides the standard friction plates, TRW also offers specific, reinforced friction plates for motorcycles that are required to perform to the extreme. Thanks to the so-called 'intelligent materials mix', including carbon fibre, those reinforced friction places are better suited in more extreme circumstances than the standard versions. A longer lifespan is evidently combined with high friction properties. Excellent material for competitions thanks to a high controllability, a stabile pressure point and minimal performance loss at maximum torque. The FZ-series developed by GIVI is the second generation of the famous GIVI Monorack top case holders and consists of two motorbike-specific, sturdy side arms and a top case plate. The Monorack fits neatly onto the motorcycle's existing mounting points and allows fitment of either a Monokey or Monolock case. This kit does NOT include a top case plate. Depending on the type of case required, the correct plate must be ordered separately. In combination with a GIVI Mono-case, you order the XM5 or the XM7 plate. The Trekker range consists of a number of different sizes of top and side cases, sometimes even interchangeable, to put together a set according to your wishes. The TRK33N side cases can be combined with the Trekker 46 or Trekker 52 top cases to form a robust ensemble. This often goes hand in hand with words like a bit bulky and excessive, but in this case that doesn't apply. On the contrary. Thanks to an innovative design, the Trekker combination remains remarkably light and compact, while storage space is still impressive. In this version, the case largely has the typical aluminum color. The Trekker side cases can be opened in two ways: you can open the entire lid or you can only open the upper, smaller lid. This smaller lid is very handy when you want to take something out of the case quickly without having to open it completely. Each case comes standard with an elastic band to prevent the contents of the case from scattering around. The Trekker is quickly and easily clicked onto a mounting kit specially designed for your bike and locked into place. A single key operates a locking mechanism that both closes and locks the case to the case plate. This 33-liter Trekker will hold a lot of luggage but won't store a helmet. Who wants larger side cases, better aim for the Trekker 46 (as side case). The Trekker side cases (TRK33N) can also be used as a top case on a Monokey plate thanks to their versatility.
