Aviator Black This waterproof Aviator motorcycle shoe lends itself to both intensive use on and off the bike. Stylishly Italian, with a classic touch, you can just as easily walk through the city or to the office, even though the name suggests that you might as well look for it in aviation. Combined with (motor)jeans you can create a look that fits anywhere. The Aviator complies with all safety regulations (EN13634). With an integrated High-Tex® membrane on the inside and full grain leather on the outside, the Aviator is pretty good as far as moisture control is concerned. A small note: 'waterproof', in the sense of 'keeping your feet dry under water' is something different. An ankle-high shoe close to the ground and just behind the front wheel, can hardly be called 100% waterproof. Although the occasional shower will not be a problem. The comfortable Aviator is assisted in its safety by the patented D3O® material of the ankle cup. D3O® focuses on efficient shock absorption and protection, combined with exceptional wearing comfort and maximum flexibility. A sturdy, oil and petrol resistant vulcanized rubber sole with plenty of grip ensures comfortable dual use, on and off the bike. Opening and closing the boot is quick and easy, thanks to the 'dual-zip' system, where you don't have to tie the laces every time, but just use the two zippers on the left and right. The higher the fashion level - and the level of 'we don't really look like motorcycle shoes' -, the smaller the chance your leather shoes have a full-fledged shifting reinforcement. No problem on a scooter but on a motorbike, the multitude of shifting will quickly cause wear and tear. A shame of the leather shoes because this “wear and tear” will not often be incorporated in the warranty conditions. You'd better take precautions, give yourself a hand or a foot in this case and add an extra layer to your leather motorcycle shoe or your gear lever. Brake disc MSW204RAC Brake discs are ALWAYS sold per unit and TRW offers a number of options with regard to design. Standard brake discs are, well, standard. Dry but decent. The design of the RAC brake discs is more varied and playful. They are lighter and the extra cooling provided by the special design makes sure they can withstand the heat better. Ideal for more extreme circumstances. A fixed or a floating design is not always a choice: the back brake disc is fixed not matter what, only in the front you can opt for both IF your motorcycle is equipped for it. This is the case with a number of BMW models but certainly not all. The benefit of floating brake discs is that they can resist higher temperatures better. The choice for off-road-specific brake discs is worth mentioning as well: TRW developed EC-brake discs for the advanced gardening and mud works. The steel alloy used here, is built to last. The design looks good but it's more eminent that controllability and brake reaction approach near-perfection. General, about TRW brake discs TRW offers brake pads and braking systems for the aftermarket that allow motorcycles and other vehicles to engage in supple, safe and powerful driving. And braking. Especially the latter is what matters most: as a motorbike rider you want to have a reliable braking solution - something which has been provided by TRW for about a century now. One element that's quite important in this phenomenon, is the brake disc. It can be said that the TRW units differ from the others. All the TRW brake discs are homologated, even if they were made for scooters. They have a slower wear and a TRW brake disc will outlast alternative aftermarket brake discs by 30%. The fact that TRW brake discs are made of tempered steel will have something to do with that. It creates brake discs that are resistant to distortion, all the while not giving corrosion the chance to form thanks to a special, new type of alloy. The precision used to grind the TRW brake discs (tolerance of 1/100mm) prevents vibration and ensures that the brake pads wear more evenly.

More traditional systems are belts or magnets, but the innovative and very handy Tanklock-principle offers just as much possibilities. After mounting this mounting ring (once only) on the petrol cap of your bike, every Tanklock tank bag by Givi fits quickly and easily on your motorcycle. This mounting set allows specifically for the mounting of these Tanklock tank bags and fits perfectly on these motorcycles. The plastic mounting ring ZT480F-2R is supplied with the Tanklock tank bag.

This specific assembly set of GIVI contains a top case holder which is easily mounted on motor scooters and motorcycles which do not have an original carrier and for which the number of attachment points is limited. The instructions can be found on this page and in the box. The assembly kit allows to mount Monolock top cases and fits perfectly on these motorcycles or scooters. The XSR__M top case holders are either delivered with or without a case plate. If not, you will need to use the plate that is included with a Monolock case. Please consult the mounting instructions which can be downloaded at the bottom of this page for more information. We are happy to share this tip: only tighten the bolts in the final phase, when everything is in place. That way you always have the possibility to 'shift' a bit to make everything fit perfectly.

This specific assembly kit of GIVI contains two side or saddlebag brackets which you can mount to your motorcycle yourself. Side or saddlebag brackets are mounted to specific attachment points on the motorcycle and ensure that the saddlebags are better supported and do not sag. In this way a sufficient distance is created between the bags and the wheel, which certainly benefits safety. The set allows to mount these side or saddlebags and fits perfectly on these motorcycles. Each mounting set is specifically designed for a certain type of motorcycle. An installation instruction can be found in the packaging. We are happy to share this tip: only tighten the bolts in the final stage, when everything is in the right place. This way you always have the possibility to 'shift' a bit to make everything fit perfectly.

V47 Monokey Top Case smoked reflectors, aluminum finish The GIVI V47 top case is part of the Monokey series and is only suitable as a top case.A top case usually means choosing between a lot of storage space on the one hand and elegance on the other hand. And everyone knows: to choose is to lose. But it doesn't have to be that way. The V47 is a compact case, albeit with a large volume, which excels in elegance and price. The aluminum finish ensures sturdiness and durability. Easy to open and close 90 degrees, it comes standard with an elastic strap that prevents the contents of the case from scattering around. In this version it is mainly matte black, with silver reflectors. The lid has an aluminum touch to it. The V47 is quickly and easily clicked onto a mounting kit designed specifically for your bike and locked into place. A single key operates a locking mechanism that both closes the case and locks it onto the case plate. It is equipped with a safety lock. The integrated handle ensures that you can also use this case next to the motorbike. With a capacity of 47-liters you can store a lot in it. Two normal sized full face helmets for example. At the same time, yes. Extra handy during a stopover. There are a number of optional accessories for this case: Inner bag: the T502B inner bag provides increased comfort. If you want to check in at a hotel, you don't have to take the entire case to the room. Just remove the inner bag (with everything inside) and you're ready to go. Maintenance instructions: because this case is made of untreated aluminum parts, it requires slightly more maintenance than a plastic case. For cleaning these cases we recommend S100 Moto Wash. NEVER use maintenance products containing acids or other corrosive agents. Such products cause dark stains which are very difficult to remove afterwards. Watertightness: the GIVI side cases and top cases are not waterproof. They were awarded an IPX4 rating. Having the right expectations always helps prevent disappointment.
