An optimal power transmission is guaranteed, even during extreme demands because these are highly-precise clutch discs with organic friction material. The composition of the friction material can be compared to the original friction plates. The optimised dimensions warrant an increased transmission of the engine power. Every set always contains the right number of clutch plates needed to replace the clutch of your motorcycle. Any steel intermediate plates and clutch springs are not supplied. Besides the standard friction plates, TRW also offers specific, reinforced friction plates for motorcycles that are required to perform to the extreme. Thanks to the so-called 'intelligent materials mix', including carbon fibre, those reinforced friction places are better suited in more extreme circumstances than the standard versions. A longer lifespan is evidently combined with high friction properties. The Monorack fits neatly onto the motorcycle's existing mounting points and allows fitment of either a Monokey or Monolock case. This kit does NOT include a top case plate. Depending on the type of case required, the correct plate must be ordered separately. In combination with a GIVI Mono-case, you order the XM5 or the XM7 plate. To combine with a GIVI Monolock case, order the XM5M or the XM6M plate.
